What we know about you, and why.

What we collect

• Your photos. The vehicle photographs you upload. They are the raw material for your artwork and the only source of your car's identity.
• Your account. Your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google. We use it to sign you in, show you your orders, and send you your proof and receipts.
• Your order. What you bought, the style you picked, any text you asked us to print, shipping details for physical prints, and the proof and approval history of your artwork.
• Payment, but not your card. Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, never to us. We receive confirmation of payment and the last part of the card so receipts make sense.
• Support email. If you write us, we keep the thread so we know what we told you.

What touches your data

No data is sold, to anyone, ever. A short list of services do specific jobs:

• Stripe processes payments.
• Supabase hosts our database and file storage. Your photos and artwork sit in private storage reached through signed links, not public URLs.
• Our image generation partner runs the AI image generation that builds your artwork from your photos. Named the same way our print partner is: the job it does is what matters to you, and who we buy it from is ours.
• Meta receives standard ad measurement events from our site pixel, which is how we know whether our ads work. We never send Meta your photos, your artwork, or your order tokens.
• Our print partner receives the approved artwork and your shipping address for physical orders, because they physically make and ship the thing.
• Resend delivers our transactional email, like proofs and receipts.

Cookies and measurement

We use browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember small choices like dismissing a notice. The Meta pixel sets its own cookies for ad measurement. We do not run third party ad networks beyond that, and we do not use tracking to build a profile of you for anyone else.

Your photos and your artwork

Your photos are used to make your artwork, and that is the whole job description. Your finished artwork is never published, shown as an example, or used in advertising without your permission. No picture used as an example anywhere on this site is a customer's car unless that customer asked us to show it.

Keeping and deleting

We keep order records so we can honor approvals, remakes, and receipts. If you want your photos or account deleted, email support@drivewayicons.com from the address on the account and a human will handle it. We may keep the minimum required for tax and payment records, because the alternative is breaking the law.

The boring but true parts

• This site is for adults buying car art. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
• If this policy changes, the change shows up on this page with a new date at the top.
• This is our honest description of what we do, not a law firm's. If something here worries you, ask us before you order.
