The deal, in plain English.

1. What you are buying

Custom artwork of your vehicle, made from photographs you provide, delivered as a physical print or a digital file depending on what you order. The artwork is built with AI assisted image generation plus automated and human quality control. We never claim it is hand drawn.

2. When you pay

On a print, once, at the end. You pick a style, we build your piece from your photographs, and you see it before any money changes hands. Then you pick your size and pay, and only if you approve it. There is no deposit and there is nothing to pay to get your proof. Changes are included: a correction pass needed because a detail drifted from your photographs is free because that miss is ours, a change you ask for is included too, and past a small number of rounds a person takes over rather than the work continuing automatically.

A digital file works the other way round, because nothing ships and there is no later payment to hold it against: you buy the picture up front, see a preview, and approve it before the full size file is released. Pictures you have bought and not used stay on your account and never expire. It is not a subscription, nothing renews on its own, and packs are non refundable once purchased, so start with the small one if you are unsure.

3. The proof and your approval

You receive a proof and you approve or reject it. Approval is the point of no return: the exact file you approve is the file that prints or is delivered, and after approval it is only ever mechanically resized, never regenerated. If a detail is wrong on the proof, request a revision before approving. Nothing prints and nothing final is delivered until you approve.

A print order's proof carries a watermark, baked into the image itself rather than laid over it, until the print is approved and paid for. It is never on the print. A digital order's preview carries no watermark at any point, because that order is already paid for; what approval releases there is the full size file.

4. Returns, remakes and refunds

• Custom pieces cannot be returned because you changed your mind after approval. You approved the exact artwork, at the size you chose, and paid at that point; that is what the approval step is for.
• A print that arrives damaged, has a production defect, or does not match your approved file gets remade or replaced free. Tell us and we make it right.
• A digital file, once delivered, is final sale. Before delivery you see a clean preview, and if the preview missed a detail your photographs show, the correction pass is free instead of a file you did not want.

5. Your photos

You confirm the photos you upload are yours to use. By uploading them you give us permission to process them to create your artwork, and that is the only thing we use them for. Your finished artwork is never published or used in our marketing without your permission.

6. Text that prints

Any text on your piece comes from what you typed, letter for letter, and you confirm the exact spelling before we build it. Performance figures are either sourced from manufacturer data or, if you supplied them, labeled as owner supplied on the piece. We do not print your numbers dressed up as factory claims.

7. What we can decline

We can decline an order we cannot do well, such as photographs too poor to build from, and refund what you paid for it. We can also decline content we are not willing to print. If we decline your order, you get your money back.

8. The legal floor

• Our total liability on any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Oklahoma, United States.
• If we change these terms, the change appears on this page with a new effective date. The terms in force when you ordered are the ones that apply to that order.
